Nicky Litchfield

Nicky Litchfield spent her childhood summers and weekends at her grandparents' farm, and this is where her lifelong love of animals began.  Livestock, horses and dogs are continuously at the heart of Nicky's paintings as she attempts to capture the true essence of and affection she has for her subjects.  Litchfield works mainly with oil and pastel and is based in Lancashire.  Her work has become much in demand since 2008, when she won the Society for all Artists, Artist of the Year Animal Category.
